Quality Auditor/Human Resources:  Conduct internal audits of the company existing recruiting process and take appropriate actions to improve quality and consistency in pursuit of ISO 9001 2000 certification. Identify and define the recruiting process. Document and audit the recruiting process to determine compliance with ISO 9001 2000 standards. Identify process gaps and develop and implement process solutions. Responsible for formulating quality initiatives for improving and effectively implementing the company's quality systems with respect to the recruiting process. Evaluate appropriate stages of work to ensure compliance and implement corrective/preventive action for incidences of non-conformance. Design BI model using SSAS & SSRS to make future decision of the enterprise.
