Lead the company's global people strategy across the United States, United Kingdom, and India. Build scalable HR infrastructure, ensure multi-jurisdictional compliance, and foster a high-performance, inclusive culture.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership with global responsibilities
  • Proven experience managing HR operations across U.S., India, and preferably Europe/UK
  • Strong knowledge of international employment laws, compliance, and workforce regulations
  • Experience supporting high-growth organizations and scaling teams globally
  • Expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and organizational design

United States (Hybrid / Remote)

Manage core accounting operations and maintain the general ledger to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Support month-end and year-end close activities, financial analysis, and management reporting.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)
  • 2–5+ years of accounting experience in a fast-paced environment
